All orders can be cancelled up until the point at which they are shipped. If you have already paid for your order and need to make a change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Our top concern is to ensure that you are completely satisfied. As a result, if you’d prefer a refund, you can do so regardless of the reason.
You can seek a refund or a reshipment if you do not receive the product within the guaranteed timeframe (7 days, not including 1 day for processing). You can ask for a refund or a reshipment if you received the wrong item. If you don’t like the product you’ve got, you can’t get a refund, but you can exchange it and return it at your own expense. The item must also be in original state.
There are occasions when a refund is not possible.
Your order was delayed due to circumstances beyond your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Tiny Kiddies, your order did not arrive (i.e. Delayed by a natural disaster).
Other extreme circumstances outside Tiny Kiddies control
*After the guaranteed delivery period (7 days) has expired, you have 7 days to request a refund. You can do so by contacting us through our Contact Us page.
If you are authorized for a refund, your refund will be completed within 3 – 5 days, and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
